Order, Please!

You've got a good, healthy, fresh dinner on the table. Night after night.

You spent NO TIME planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, cooling, or cleaning.

You know all the ingredients that went into your dinner and you can pronounce all of them.

You know it's delicious and nutritious because you've hired your personal chef, a highly trained, totally experienced, professional chef.

You're NOT WORRYING about what you're eating anymore.

You've given yourself this gift, this necessary gift, because you care about your health, you want more free time, and you want the pleasure of the freshest food and the best taste.

My Services

Hiring Chef Lee means personalized menus for your family. Here's how it works...

1. Personal Chef Services. In our first get together we will discuss:

  • How many meals you would like me to cook for you and for what time frame? For example, you may want 10 dinners for three people to take you through two weeks.
  • What are your food preferences? Love eggplant? No butter? Low-salt?
  • What are your health concerns? Are you allergic to peanuts? Would you like to increase your good cholesterol?

We'll also discuss portioning the meals, packaging for freezing or refrigerating, and scheduling.

I make up a shopping list for the meals you've chosen, go shopping, bring the groceries to your house along with all my cooking gear. I cook, portion, package, clean up. You come home to fresh meals that need only be heated and enjoyed.

As our alliance progresses, we fine tune your meals with new recipes, new ingredients, and alternative cooking methods. Your feedback is the most important ingredient!

2. Catering Services. How I love a good party! For your next adult or childrens' party, corporate event, or business meeting, have your personal chef make the food that you love for your guests, clients, co-workers.

3. Cooking Lessons. Okay, so what DO you do with a big beautiful bunch of kale? What is the quickest way to julienne carrots for a salad? Let's discuss what you'd like to practice and improve upon.

My knives are sharp. My shopping cart is waiting. I'm ready to start planning your meals so that you can get on with your life...

Go ahead sign up for that bonsai tree class you've always wanted to take. Get in some more stretches and crunches before you're off to work. Your fresh healthy meals will be ready for you! Leave the cooking to me.

Here's what my clients are saying...

Phone call from a happy groom (Sept. 29, 2008): "Elisa, you blew my mind. That was unbelievable. Thank you. I can't thank you enough."
